I put this info together in the hopes that it helps BFG's law suits. The file is attached.

Scientology Employment Policy Letters

PDF, 30 pages of text, 140 kb

Scientology tries to claim that its staff members are “volunteers” and not employees. Scientology staff contracts try to claim that staff are not employees, and are not entitled Minimum Wage or labors laws.

Here is a collection of Fair Use excerpts from Scientology HCO Policy Letters demonstrating that all Scientology staff were always considered employees by Scientology founder, L. Ron Hubbard.

This list is not complete, and is still a work in progress. The following documents were searched for the key word “employ” :

• OEC Volumes 0 - 7, 1976 edition
• Management Series, 1976 edition
• HCOPL Updates 1973 to 1984
• OEC Volume 0 and Management Series CG ROM, 2001 edition

The full text of these documents was previous leaked here:

oec volumes & management series

Over 1000 HCOPLs Scanned inc. 74-83

A few miscellaneous docs were also searched.

The Fair Use excerpts are listed in chronological order.

Future searches and updates of this document will include key words such as :

Overtime
Salary
Wage
Paycheck
Contract
Hire
Volunteer

Great on sharing this. It likely will be/has been helpful.

I suspect we should be hearing on organized scientology's motions to dismiss the labor cases soon. I'm definitely braced for good news on this when it happens.

I wish they would scan the new administrative technology. I'm really sure what changes have been made to the updated OEC Vols.

The intended audience has made use of the document in, how shall I say, creative ways. Sorry, not my place to say more, but I had huge laughs when I found out how it was used.
